Job seekers can reach the restaurant during its busiest service. A helpful answer points them to the approved application route without implying that a vacancy exists or collecting a full employment history in a public phone workflow.

Put the review process in place

Ask the hiring owner to approve one current contact or application link and a fallback when no route is available. Keep recruitment questions out of the guest inbox where possible. Do not accept identity documents, payment details or promises of an interview through the assistant.

Worked example for your team

A fictional applicant asks whether the restaurant is hiring servers and whether they can come for an interview tomorrow. If the approved information contains only an application link, share that route and leave the interview question with the hiring owner. Do not invent an open position to make the conversation sound welcoming. Next, test the same question after the owner removes the link. The fallback should explain that no current application route is listed and offer the approved alternative, rather than continuing to promote an obsolete destination.
