Discuss this pilot

All plans cover inbound US calls with your chosen business-hours, overflow or after-hours schedule. One AI receptionist and one local number per included location. Unused minutes do not roll over. Pilot billing uses connected time rounded up to the next minute per call. Additional locations, scripts, premium/toll-free numbers, SMS, third-party subscriptions and new custom integrations require an agreed quote. Email support is during US Eastern business hours; no 24/7 human support or response-time guarantee is included. We agree the usage cap and fallback before activation. Existing AssistCall customer terms are unchanged.

The practical details

Before your first call.

Can Ava take food orders?

No voice ordering is included. When SMS is configured and the caller agrees, Ava can send your approved ordering link.

Can Ava confirm a reservation?

The initial pilot captures a request. Restaurant staff confirm the table unless a supported reservation connection has been tested and approved.

Is pricing per restaurant?

Yes. Each location needs its own approved details and request workflow. Additional locations are scoped separately.
